We understand ourselves differently when we are understood by someone else.
If you're struggling or feeling stuck, it doesn't mean there's something wrong with you.
We are all experts in living our own lives, but none of us can see ourselves completely.
A compassionate perspective can help us notice patterns we've spent years living inside.
Together, we can make sense of those patterns and help you move forward with greater confidence, self-understanding and emotional freedom.

Hi, I'm Sarah
For more than 25 years I've been fascinated by one simple question:
Why do we sometimes suffer in life?
That question has shaped everything I do.
I’ve come to believe that people make sense. What we struggle with on the surface is often connected to something deeper - experiences, beliefs and protective patterns our minds developed for a reason.
My role isn’t to fix you, because you really are not broken. It’s to help you recognise your own value, understand why those patterns formed and discover more freedom, confidence and choice in how you live.
Clients often tell me they feel comfortable with me very quickly. Creating that sense of safety, hope and possibility is one of the greatest privileges of my work.
Who I Help
Could this right for you?
People come to me at many different stages of life, but they often have one thing in common: something doesn’t feel quite right or they feel ready for change.
You don’t need to have everything worked out before reaching out. I may be able to help if you’re experiencing:
Anxiety, stress and overwhelm
Confidence and self-esteem
Limiting beliefs and imposter syndrome
Relationship challenges
Life transitions and change
Grief and loss
Developmental trauma
Health Anxiety
People pleasing and boundary issues
Phobias and fears
Unwanted habits and addiction
Overthinking and worrying
Parenting and family challenges
Work-related stress and burnout
Motivation and finding direction
Finding happiness
Therapy that feels human
My sessions are warm, conversational and completely tailored to you. The aim is for you to feel comfortable, safe and fully able to be yourself.
I am not authoritative or impersonal at all. The relationship we build and the experience of you being met without judgement are central to the work that we do.
It's highly likely that I will encourage you to soften self criticism and relate to yourself with greater curiosity and compassion as we explore what's happening beneath the surface.
There may be emotions to feel, there is often light heartedness and definitely an experience of down to earth shared humanity.
Above all, I want you to leave each session feeling lighter, clearer and more hopeful than when you arrived.

How I can help
Every person's story is different. That's why every session is too.
Let's start with a conversation
Starting therapy can feel like a big decision, but it doesn’t have to be complicated.
Here’s how to begin:
1
Get in touch
Send me a WhatsApp message or fill in my contact form, and we'll arrange a free discovery call at a time that suits you.
2
Get to know each other
We'll talk about what's been happening, what you'd like to change and what you're hoping to get from our work together. It's also a chance for you to ask any questions and decide whether it feels like the right fit.
3
Begin your journey
There's no one-size-fits-all way of working. Depending on your needs, we might use therapy, coaching, hypnotherapy or a blend of all three. Together we'll create an approach that's tailored to you and supports the changes you want to make.
Life doesn't have to feel this hard.
If you're wondering whether life could feel lighter, I'd love to help you explore what's possible.
